Metal Roofing Sheet — Corrugated & Insulated Solutions

Explore Our Roofing Sheet Series

Metal roofing sheets are the ultimate solution for durable, lightweight, and fast-to-install building envelopes. Engineered to withstand harsh weather conditions, extreme temperatures, and heavy structural loads, our roofing products provide decades of reliable performance.

At Luyuan Steel, we process premium GI, GL, PPGI, and PPGL coils into a variety of roofing profiles. Whether you need standard corrugated sheets for agricultural sheds, trapezoidal profiles for industrial spans, or thermal-insulated sandwich panels for temperature-controlled facilities, we deliver precision-cut materials tailored to your project.

Why Choose Luyuan Roofing Sheets?

  • High-Tensile Strength Options

    High-Tensile Strength Options

We utilize premium base metals, including high-tensile grades like G550 and S350GD. This ensures our roofing sheets can span greater distances between purlins without sagging, reducing overall structural steel costs.

  • Superior Weather Resistance

    Superior Weather Resistance

Our roofing profiles are formed from heavily coated galvanized (up to Z275) or galvalume (up to AZ150) steel, topped with durable PE or PVDF paints. This multi-layer defense system prevents rust, fading, and chalking even in extreme climates.

  • Precision Roll-Forming

    Precision Roll-Forming

Advanced automated roll-forming lines guarantee consistent profile dimensions and perfect side-lap joints. This precision eliminates installation gaps, ensuring a 100% watertight seal for your building envelope.

  • Comprehensive Thermal Solutions

    Comprehensive Thermal Solutions

For projects requiring temperature control, our Sandwich Panels offer exceptional R-values. With cores ranging from fire-retardant Rockwool to highly efficient PU, we meet strict energy efficiency and fire safety regulations.

  • Custom Lengths to Eliminate Waste

    Custom Lengths to Eliminate

WasteWe cut all roofing sheets and panels to your exact specified lengths. This minimizes the need for horizontal overlaps, reduces material waste on-site, and significantly accelerates the installation process.

Custom Roofing — Profiled to Your Project

Every building design is unique. We offer comprehensive customization for all our roofing products to match your architectural and structural requirements:

Profile Design Various pitch depths and rib spacings for corrugated and trapezoidal sheets
Length & Width Cut-to-length service to eliminate horizontal joints; various effective widths
Aesthetics Custom RAL colors, matte finishes, or printed patterns (e.g., wood/brick grain)
Insulation Choice of EPS, PU, or Rockwool cores in multiple thicknesses for panels

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the difference between corrugated and trapezoidal profiles?

Corrugated sheets have a continuous wavy (sinusoidal) pattern, which is highly flexible and easy to install, making them ideal for smaller structures and agricultural use. Trapezoidal sheets have flat valleys and sharp, box-like ribs, which provide significantly higher structural rigidity and load-bearing capacity, making them the standard for large-span industrial buildings.

  • Why should I choose Galvalume over Galvanized for roofing?

For roofing applications, Galvalume (GL) is generally superior. Its aluminum-zinc coating provides excellent heat reflectivity, keeping the building interior cooler. Furthermore, Galvalume offers up to 6 times the corrosion resistance of standard Galvanized (GI) steel when exposed to rain and sun, ensuring a longer roof lifespan.

  • Which sandwich panel core is best for my project?

It depends on your priorities. EPS is the most cost-effective and lightweight option for general insulation. PU (Polyurethane) offers the best thermal insulation (highest R-value) per inch of thickness. Rockwool is non-combustible and is mandatory for projects with strict fire-resistance requirements.
