CR Coil
Full hard cold rolled steel coil with 0.12–5.0 mm thickness, non-oiled surface, 508/610 mm coil ID, and processing support for cutting, bending, punching, annealing, and decoiling.
Cold rolled steel is manufactured by further processing hot rolled steel at room temperature. This additional step drastically improves the steel’s physical properties, resulting in closer dimensional tolerances, superior surface finish, and increased yield strength. It is the essential raw material for applications where precision, aesthetics, and excellent formability are non-negotiable.
At Luyuan Steel, we produce and supply premium cold rolled products—including coils (CRC), flat sheets, and cold-drawn rods. Whether you need deep-drawing grades (DC04/SPCE) for automotive stamping or commercial quality (SPCC/DC01) for home appliances, we deliver steel that meets your exact manufacturing standards.

Our cold rolling process ensures extremely tight tolerances on thickness (down to ±0.01mm) and width. This precision guarantees consistent performance in your automated stamping, roll-forming, and CNC machining lines.
Cold rolled steel is prized for its aesthetic appeal. We offer various surface finishes, from standard matte to ultra-bright, providing the perfect defect-free canvas for electroplating, enameling, or high-gloss painting.
We supply specialized drawing and deep-drawing grades (such as DC04 and SPCE). These materials possess excellent ductility and elongation properties, allowing them to be pressed into complex shapes without cracking or tearing.
Depending on your fabrication needs, we can supply cold rolled steel in various tempers. Choose fully annealed (soft) steel for maximum bendability, or Full Hard (FH) steel for applications requiring high rigidity and structural strength.
Our state-of-the-art bell-type and continuous annealing furnaces ensure uniform mechanical properties throughout the entire coil. We offer both bright annealing and black annealing services to meet specific industrial requirements.
Maximize your manufacturing efficiency by utilizing our in-house processing services for cold rolled steel:
| Precision Slitting | Slitting master CR coils into narrow strips with burr-free edges |
| Cut-to-Length | Shearing coils into flat sheets with guaranteed diagonal accuracy and flatness |
| Surface Protection | Application of protective PVC/PE films to prevent scratches during transport and handling |
| Rod Processing | Precision cutting, chamfering, and polishing of cold drawn rods |
| Oiling | DOS oiling or dry finish options depending on your subsequent painting or welding processes |
Cold rolled steel's tight tolerances and superior surface finish make it the preferred choice for automotive body panels, home appliances, and precision stamped components.
CR coils serve as the base material for light steel framing, steel doors, and decorative architectural elements requiring a smooth, paint-ready surface.
These are Japanese (JIS) standards for cold rolled steel. SPCC is Commercial Quality, suitable for simple bending and forming. SPCD is Drawing Quality, offering better ductility for moderate stamping. SPCE is Deep Drawing Quality, featuring the highest elongation, making it ideal for complex, deep-drawn parts like automotive fenders or sinks.
Cold rolled steel undergoes additional processing steps after hot rolling, including pickling, cold reduction (rolling at room temperature), and annealing. These steps require more energy and time, but they result in a product with significantly better surface quality, tighter tolerances, and higher strength.
Full Hard refers to cold rolled steel that has not been annealed after the cold reduction process. It is highly rigid, has high tensile strength, and resists bending. It is typically used for structural components or as the base material for galvanizing lines (where it will be annealed during the hot-dip process).
