HR Coil
Hot rolled steel coil with 0.12–4.0 mm thickness, non-alloy material, ±1% tolerance, and processing support for fabrication, decoiling, and industrial use.

Our supply capabilities cover everything from 1.2mm thin coils to massive 100mm thick heavy plates and 300mm diameter forged rods, meeting the extreme demands of shipbuilding, mining, and heavy infrastructure.
For applications requiring a cleaner surface without the cost of cold rolling, we offer Pickled and Oiled (P&O) hot rolled steel. This process removes the mill scale, providing a superior surface for painting, welding, and laser cutting.
We don't just supply raw materials; we deliver semi-finished components. Our processing center offers precision decoiling, leveling, slitting, plasma/laser cutting, and bending, significantly reducing your in-house fabrication time.
Every batch of hot rolled steel is fully traceable. We provide comprehensive Mill Test Certificates (MTC) detailing the chemical composition and mechanical properties, ensuring full compliance with your project's engineering specifications.
Reduce your production bottlenecks by utilizing our comprehensive steel processing and customization services:
| Decoiling & Leveling | Flattening HR coils into precise sheets with high flatness tolerances |
| Slitting & Cutting | Slitting coils into narrow strips; plasma and laser cutting plates to custom profiles |
| Oberflächenbehandlung | Shot blasting to remove mill scale; applying protective oil coatings |
| Rod Processing | Präzisionszuschnitt von warmgewalzten Stäben; Anfasen und einfache Bearbeitung |
| Testing | Standard or high-strength structural grades |
| Base Metal | Ultrasonic testing (UT) for heavy plates to detect internal flaws |
Hot rolled plates and coils are the raw material for structural fabrication, including welded beams, columns, and heavy-duty base plates.
High-strength hot rolled steel is essential for bridge girders, highway guardrails, port machinery, and large-span civil engineering structures.
Hot rolled coils and sheets are the starting material for industrial machinery, pressure vessels, boilers, and heavy equipment fabrication.
Hot rolled steel sections and plates are used in the structural framework of large-span agricultural warehouses and irrigation infrastructure.
Hot rolled steel is rolled at high temperatures (over 1,700°F), which makes it easier to form and cheaper to produce, but it leaves a rough, scaly surface (mill scale) and has slightly looser dimensional tolerances. Cold rolled steel is hot rolled steel that has been further processed at room temperature to achieve precise dimensions, a smooth finish, and higher strength.
If your manufacturing process involves precise welding, laser cutting, or painting, standard hot rolled steel’s mill scale can cause issues. The pickling process removes this scale using acid, and the oil prevents flash rusting. P&O steel offers a cleaner surface similar to cold rolled steel, but at a lower cost.
Yes. For critical applications like pressure vessels, offshore platforms, and heavy load-bearing structures, we can supply thick hot rolled plates that have undergone Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to ensure there are no internal laminations or defects.
