  • What is the difference between SPCC, SPCD, and SPCE?

    These are Japanese (JIS) standards for cold rolled steel. SPCC имеет обычное качество и подходит для простой гибки и формовки. SPCD is Drawing Quality, offering better ductility for moderate stamping.   • Why is cold rolled steel more expensive than hot rolled steel?

These steps require more energy and time, but they result in a product with significantly better surface quality, tighter tolerances, and higher strength.

  • What does "Full Hard" (FH) mean?

    Full Hard refers to cold rolled steel that has not been annealed after the cold reduction process. It is highly rigid, has high tensile strength, and resists bending. It is typically used for structural components or as the base material for galvanizing lines (where it will be annealed during the hot-dip process).
