Galvalume (GL), with its aluminum-zinc coating, offers superior heat reflectivity and up to 6 times the corrosion resistance of GI in harsh, highly corrosive, or coastal environments.

  • What is the difference between regular, minimized, and zero spangle?

    Spangle bezeichnet die sichtbare kristalline Struktur auf der Zinkoberfläche. Regular Spangle ist Standard und kosteneffizient. Minimized Spangle weist ein feineres, weniger sichtbares Muster auf. Zero Spangle ist vollkommen glatt und damit die ideale Wahl für Anwendungen, bei denen der Stahl lackiert wird oder ein makelloses Oberflächenbild erforderlich ist.

  • Was ist eine AFP-Behandlung (Anti-Fingerprint)?

    AFP ist eine spezielle transparente Beschichtung, die auf die verzinkte oder Galvalume-Oberfläche aufgetragen wird. Sie verhindert Fingerabdrücke bei der Handhabung, verbessert die Beständigkeit gegen Schwarzrost und bietet eine ausgezeichnete, grundierungsähnliche Oberfläche für die anschließende Lackierung oder Anwendung von Klebstoffen.
